Ashton Podiatry has always been committed to hiring highly-qualified and dedicated staff members. Many people on our staff have been with us for several years. Every member of the Ashton Podiatry team is devoted to treating every patient with kindness and respect. The needs of our patients always come first, and this is evident in the attitude exhibited by every Ashton employee.

Key Staff Members
Vicki Haiduk
Our Clinical Manager, Vicki Haiduk, became a part of Ashton Podiatry in1985. During her long tenure with the practice, she has devoted heart and soul to making the Ashton Podiatry team the “Best Podiatric Team in the World”, spending countless hours helping patients and doctors, and training and nurturing new team members. Vicki makes it her mission to bring some fun into every day!
Vicki began her career in podiatry in 1974. Among her many accomplishments, Vicki achieved Certification through the American Society of Podiatric Assistants in 1977.
Along with managing the clinical side of our practice, Vicki also serves as Clinical Study Coordinator for our many research studies. She has successfully seen six studies to completion, earning accolades from the Independent Research Boards for her exemplary patient retention and record keeping.
Vicki is passionate about healthy feet (as well as photography and gardening). She loves to help patients understand the doctor’s recommendations and instructions, and is also extremely caring and compassionate.
Vicki is available to assist patients with questions about their medical care.
Pamela Oney
Pamela Oney joined Ashton Podiatry as Business Manager in 2002. She brought to the group 18 years of experience in medical practice management. In 1997, Pam obtained board certification through the American College of Medical Practice Executives. She served for eight years as a board member of Anesthesia Associates of Texas, three of those years as President.
With a strong desire to help others, Pam is passionate about providing top-notch customer service to our patients and about providing the necessary training and support to help each and every Ashton team member succeed.
Pam is always available to assist patients with any issue concerning the business side of the practice. Things such as scheduling, billing and collections, medical records, check-in, check-out and administration all fall under Pam’s responsibility.
